Shipping & Terms of Service

Shipping

  1. We offer affordable shipping options via USPS to US destinations, and Canada Post to Canada and International destinations. We tentatively offer untracked shipping option for International orders. Should the actual shipping cost for International orders be substantially more than quoted (>$10), we will contact you to resolve the differences. For international shoppers, if you require tracking service, contact us at support@airbladeuav.com
  2. All orders containing Lipos need to be shipped via USPS Parcel Select. Please don't choose USPS First Class or Priority for your order as we will have to get in touch to settle the cost difference if you accidentally choose USPS First Class or Priority Mail. 
  3. AirBlade UAV ships within 1 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. For example, if you place your order on a Monday (as late as midnight PST), your order will be handed to our couriers on Tuesday morning. If you place your order on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, your order will be handed to our couriers on Monday morning.  
  4. We offer complimentary free shipping for qualified US orders over $100 and qualified Canada orders over $250. Certain large and bulky items (Radio Controllers or Goggles for example) are not qualified for the free shipping offer, if your order contains one of these items, we will contact you for the actual shipping cost.
  5. AirBlade UAV ships worldwide from Vancouver, BC Canada (from Blaine, WA for US orders). However, if you couldn't find a shipping option for your destination, please send an email to support@airbladeuav.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We only ship to a verified address that is linked to your Credit Card or PayPal account (no P.O box etc), please make sure you verify this information before placing an order. We do not accept any request to ship to an alternative address and we are not responsible for any order sent to a wrong address that is a result of typos or negligence. 
  6. Customers are responsible for paying duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with importing their packages. 
  7. We do not give refund to duplicate shipping fee should you choose to place a second order to add to the first.
  8. If you used Canada Post, Canada/US shipping time varies between 7-14 business days while International shipping varies between 15-30 business days. You may contact us (support@airbladeuav.com) if you don't have your orders within 15 days (Canada/US) or 31 days (International).
  9. AirBlade UAV is not responsible for any lost package should you opt for untracked shipping option. Since the only available option for international shipping is untracked, customers outside of Canada/US should consider this carefully before placing an order.
  10. AirBlade UAV accepts no responsibilities and liabilities for delay in shipping time as this is beyond our control. Customers should take the aforementioned shipping time as a guideline in ideal situations. Please allow for delays during holidays, especially around Christmas time. 
  11. Customers are responsible for shipping fee in case products are to be sent back for 1. replacement, 2. exchange or 3. return.

 

 

Terms of Service

  1. You have to be 18 and older to place an order with AirBlade UAV.
  2. All prices are in USD. 
  3. Only payments from verified PayPal account will be accepted. Purchases from unverified PayPal accounts will be refunded.
  4. Orders are only shipped to verified addresses linked to your PayPal or Credit Card accounts 
  5. If you wish to make a claim for defective products, you must use the tracked shipping option and the claim must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Orders will show delivery confirmation upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse any claim should these conditions are not met. We will not entertain any claim under the pretence that you are too busy to test the product.
  6. AirBlade UAV reserve the rights to ask for proof of defective products including photos and videos. We reserve the right to request that you return the product for inspection (if deemed necessary) in which case you are responsible for the return shipping fee should you choose to proceed. Replacement parts or refund will not be issued until defective products have been received for thorough inspection. 
  7. AirBlade UAV accepts no responsibilities and liabilities resulting from the use of AirBlade UAV products and products that AirBlade carries.
  8. All on sale and clearance items are FINAL!
